In order to fix the problems, I recommend that you temporarily disable your security program and Windows Firewall. To disable Windows Firewall, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off and check both Turn off Windows Firewall boxes:
If you still have problems, type download name-of-the-program in Google search engine and look for another server to download the software.
