Is there a shortcut key/macro that can be enabled by which I can toggle between both languages?

I frequently use Oriya and English words to write my stories in Word or Notepad. Is there a shortcut key/macro that can be enabled by which I can toggle between both language by using keyboard only?

You can define by yourself how to switch the languages for your keyboard. Go to Start > Control panel and access Regional Control then follow in the image attached below:

You can use your own keyboard key sequence by pressing the Change Key Sequence key.
