Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system. If you still see the application in the list, start Revo again, but this time click on Advanced Uninstall. Locate the application in the list and then remove it. Additionally, press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC and force quit HD-Player.exe
