Screen on port 9 to port 16 blanked on mobile.

Our Samsung S4 or any phone could only see screen port 1 to port 8, but port 9 to port 16 are blanked screen and we could not see them on Mobile iwatch DVR 2? Even on PC http:\***.dyndns.org:xxxx port 9 to port 16 are blanked too. Please help and advise how to troubleshoot this on mobile iwatch DVR 2 apps.

The problem with ports is not caused by the application. You will have to check the DVR because those ports are the cameras connected to the device. If you can't see them then there is something configured improperly on the DVR side. I recommend removing all the cameras, then attach one by one. You can do this with the application turned on. There is also the possibility the ports are faulty on the DVR side.
