First of all you need to properly uninstall CallWave, therefore you need to go to Control Panel > Uninstall a program > search there CallWave > right click on it > and press uninstall. Wait a few moments and CallWave will be removed from your computer. After that go to developer official webpage and download it again. Next, open the setup files and start the installation process.
