I can't open KPStarOne.

I installed KPStarOne. When I try to open it, a dialog box appears saying "Incorrect security file version Pl. Contact author". What can I do? It is in trial period.

In order to fix the problem, I suggest you remove the program from your computer (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner from Software Informer database. After that, download the latest version of the program and install it following the on-screen instructions. Once you launch it, make sure you don't change the provided Product ID number and click the Use Un-registered Version option:
