How do I get the Polaris Access key?

Some days ago I downloaded Polaris Office and Polaris Office Viewer. Today, I was gonna enter it to see a PPT in my cellphone but it asks me for an access key. In the instruction it says to put in my email and they would send me a key but they didn't. I just put my email and waited. Nothing happened. Can somebody help me?

You need to download Polaris through Samsung Apps because the versions you have downloaded are Enterprise only and they require activation. Polaris may not be available in some countries.
