Unfortunately, if you want to get other powers, you will need to use your resources. For example, Mystic Bomb requires 40 fireball diamonds or 25 gold coins, Time Bonus requires 90 fireball diamonds or 35 gold coins and for Color Splash you need to play 8 games using Mystic Bomb and 5 games using Time Bonus or to spend 40 gold.
