There is no version compatible with Windows 8.1. The versions available on the official website of the developer are released only for Windows XP and Windows Vista operating systems. However, in this case, you can try to apply a compatibility tweak.
Download the package from the official website and right click it. Select Troubleshoot Compatibility then check Windows Vista from the menus. Follow the next instructions on the wizard then confirm your selection. If everything is done correctly, the application should start.
