If you don't want to recover your data, you should simply format the card, then do a quick virus scan of it and you can use it again. To recover your data, you should connect the card to the PC, open the Command Prompt (to open it, go to Start, in the search bar type CMD, right click on the resulted program and select Run as Administrator) and type attrib *.* X: -r -s -h /s /d
where X: is the letter of your card drive. After you did this, try to run a program for data recovery. I recommend Recuva, but you can use any software designed for this job. By doing this, you should be able to recover your data.
