I paid for a one year subscription to Sierra Stitch Era Universal 11.30. It hasn't been working right for about two weeks. I receive a "$8000ffff" error every time I try to do anything. Can someone help me?

This error occurs because some software files have become corrupted. In order to solve it, you need to uninstall the program from Control Panel, reboot your PC and reinstall it again. If the problem persists, you need to send an e-mail to support@freesierrasoftware.com.
