My Internet connection has been lost. All the applications connected to the Internet cannot be opened. Even when I use the "hard reset" in my GT-S7562, it doesn't work. Still there is no Internet connection at all unless I have connected it to WiFi.

The Data connection mode relies on the network that the phone has its SIM from. You need to check with your network carrier for Internet connection over its 2G/3G services. Sometimes, after a hard reset you might need to reconfigure the phone using the settings provided by your carrier before Data connection can be used.
