You will have to talk with the ones that generated and issued the NPASS document in the first place. Typically, any official identity card will contain identification marks that are not visible with the eye. It requires ultraviolet light and such. However, since it's an ID, it follows official regulation, and it isn't advised to alter it. Contact the ones that issued the NPASS and they will offer any information. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a website that deals with the NPASS ID cards.
