Cannot generate PDF reports using PrimoAPI on Windows 8 64-bit.

I am using primoAPI for generating PDF reports. It was working fine on my Windows XP and Windows 7 32-bit machine, but there seems to be an issue with the 64-bit machine. It doesn't allow me to generate the PDF report on Windows 8 64-bit and Windows Server 2008 R2. When I try to generate a PDF report on Windows 8 on 64-bit, it ends up with this error: "Create/Update printer error: 1797". Can you please help me with this?

According to the official website, the software shouldn't have any problems in running on 64-bit machines and it's fully compatible with Windows Server 2008. This might be an internal error of the software. To fix it, you need to be sure that you properly installed and configured your printer since it's a printer error that you receive. Also, you can try downloading and installing the latest version of the software. If you still encounter the error, you should contact the developer on the following website for further assistance.
