I can' t turn on my Samsung GT N-7000.

Recently my girlfriend was using the Samsung Gt N7000 and all of sudden the mobile phone switched off. She thought it was a battery problem, because her battery level was low at that time. After she charged the device, she tried to switch it on, but the device won't do it. Is there something that I can do to overcome this problem?

The behavior that you encounter could be caused by a hardware malfunction. If the device can't be opened after it's fully charged, remove the battery for a couple of minutes, put it back and try starting the phone again. If the same behavior is encountered, I strongly advised to take the device to an official service. Any further troubleshooting that you perform on your own my damage the device.
