I can't play the Subway Surfer game on my device. Someone told me that I will be able to run the game if I upgrade my phone's firmware to a newer version. How can this be done?

To perform a firmware upgrade, you first need to make sure that your device has its battery level around 90 %. Also, make sure that you are using a stable Internet connection (the best connection is a WiFi one).
