Can't log in to the program.

Occasionally, I'm trying to log in to Hal application, but it says that there are multiple users active when there isn't any. It won't let me log in. Is there a reason why this is happening?

If you are using this application on Windows 7 or later, to properly log in, you first need to make some changes to the system. To perform the required action, go to Start > Control Panel > User Account > Change User Account Control settings, move the slider to the bottom and click OK. After you did this, reboot your PC. After you start the computer again, you should be able to log in to the program without any problems.
