I have a ZTE Avid 4G LTE, N9120. Do I need to download this Software Informer Client and everything else that's downloaded for ZTE?

Software Informer Client is for Windows operating systems. For Android, you need Android client. I recommend you to set up this client because it provides news and notifications about your installed products.
