My printer keeps going offline, and I have to keep shutting it off and then turn back on for it to read the document to be printed. What do I do to stop this? Do I need to reinstall it, and how do I go about installing it with the WiFi?
Use your Control Panel and go to Printers. Right click the printer and select it as default printer then uncheck Use Printer Offline, reboot and the printer will stay online.
