In order to solve this issue, I suggest you to register the "tabctl32.ocx" file. Search for it in the application folder and if you can't find it, you can download it from Internet. After that, go to Start > Run and type cmd. In the pop-up window that will appear type Regsvr32 “C:\Windows\System32\tabctl32.ocx” and click Enter to register. If this doesn't solve the problem, try to reinstall the application using Administrator rights.
