Removing the spare parts that I already changed.

I am using Logihold V5 and I have met a problem. When I am planning a repair of the machine for example at 2000 hours there are certain spare parts that need to be changed. If I already changed some of the spare parts earlier for example at 1500 hours, how can I automatically remove the spare parts that I already changed?
