How to replace MSVCRT.DLL?

I wanted to replace MSVCRT.DLL but it appears that the file is being used. And Recuva is not showing this file.

The easiest way to replace this file is to install the latest version of Microsoft Visual Runtime. If you still want to delete it, right click it, select Properties > Security and give full access (administrative privileges) to the user you're currently logged in as. Once you do that, you'll have full access to the file. Be aware that removing this file may also start a whole lot of problems regarding functionality of other applications that employ this file.
