CCTV software information.

I need to download a client/user program to open up the CCTV software program.

There is no universal DVR viewer application. If you're using a certain DVR system, you will also have the tools needed to view the streaming or recording. This is more like proprietary software and operating systems. Every device uses its own application because 3rd applications are not available.
