Quick Word to PDF errors.

After downloading Quick Word to PDF, Internet documents sent in Word either pull up as PDF. I receive an "unable to send command" error and the document is marked as unavailable.

The error is caused by the compatibility between document files and converter's modules. Try to open the document in Word first, then save it back and use the application to convert it.
