The Typhoon Tools sever is down since the last week.

The support email is rejected, the support phone number is now unavailable and the website is no longer accessible. I cannot access any of my files and this is not good because I have been a paying customer for a long time. Can you help?

The cloud service offered by Typhoon Tools is still up and the website is working just fine. Maybe, there is something with your Internet connection and your firewall because the service is online and working. Try removing the application and perform a new installation.
