I receive a "download failed" message when I try to download the setup package.

I try to download SilverSands and I receive a "download failed" message. What should I do?

The package is downloaded fine. If you can not use the website, then you can access the direct downloading URL. Make sure that your firewall does not prevent the additional resources that need to be downloaded.
