If you recovered the pictures that were protected by a vault application, that they are encrypted. Depending on the application that you used to encrypt them, you can or can't access them anymore. Some of the applications don't have the ability to scan the PC's memory for previous items that were used by it. If you are using an application that can't work with pictures that were encrypted using another copy of the program, there is no way to open your images anymore. If this isn't your case, copy the recovered items to the previous location( the location on where they were stored before the encryption) and open the vault application. If the application can find them, then you can use it to decrypt them. If not, you won't be able to open them anymore.
