I want to purchase PF3650u film scanner software on a CD.

I own a PF3650u film scanner. I would like to purchase the software on CD - where is it available? I am not interested in the download.

Why would you want to purchase a CD of the software? Your device's application is a freeware tool, so it is illegal to distribute it for money. Instead of looking for a paid version, I would suggest you to download the software from this link http://www.scanace.com/support/support.html and burn it to a CD yourself.
