To reset the tablet, look for a RESET hole located on the sides of the tablet. Use a toothpick or a sharp pin to push the button for a few seconds. Tablet should reset and begin the recovery process or turn off the tablet and press Volume Up + Power button until the Android logo appears. The process should be automatic but if it isn't, select Wipe Data with volume buttons then confirm with Power button.
