I suggest your to compress the entire folder to an archive file. For this purpose, you can use an utility from Software Informer database. Personally, I recommend you to try WinRAR. After you install it onto your computer, right-click on the desired folder and click Add to archive option. In the General tab, enter a name for the output file, select a destination directory and click OK. After the process is finished you can transfer the file as an ordinary one. In addition, you can extract the folder from the file using the same utility.
