I want to convert my .kml files (not from Google Earth) to JPG, because .kml can not be viewed in different mediums.
Is there a web based or totally free and downloadable AVS-like software? Please do not mention AVS, it does not even recognize .kml files.

Since there is no other way to do this, it seems you will have to use Google Map's data to convert KML overlays to JPG.

The only way to get your data to JPG is through the KML Overlay website. Enter your data and the script will generate sample imagery which you can print or save to JPG/PDF.
