According to the information found on the developer website and sites that reviewed the application, it is known that it is compatible with Windows Me, 2000, XP, Vista, and 7. You can download it and run it in Windows 8 because there is a big chance it will work flawlessly.

Sadly the software was discontinued for that version. It was old, but could be used very efficiently.
