Gmapmaker will make use of the input settings and create the tiles based on those settings. The problem is Treasure Hunting and the way it supports Gmapmaker's files. I believe there is more work to be done than it sounds and importing RAW material into Treasure Hunting will have no result. Try to check the help menu of your game to see if it supports Gmapmaker's files then you can proceed further to import them.
