First you need to check if the DVD can read DVD-R discs then you need to check the contents of the DVD. Insert the burnt DVD into the DVD-ROM on your computer and check if you have VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders. If these folders do not exist, it means that you have created a DATA DVD instead of a VIDEO DVD. You might need to change the settings of the application and use a DVD+R disc as it's supported by the majority of DVD players.
