When I was installing Shockwave Flash 11.8.800, it asked me to stop the Service Manager. Could you please tell me why?

Sometimes the installation of the Flash technology requires no other applications that use Flash to run at that moment. Just close Service Manager, finish or restart the installation, then start it back. Nothing will happen.
