I have some questions about my navigation device.

I have a 2014 Harley Davidson with a built-in navigation system. I went to naviextras.com and I found that customer support is non existent. I need answers for my questions. Can you help?

The Harley Davidson devices supported by Naviextras are Harley Davidson CVO EU, Harley Davidson Premium EU, Harley Davidson CVO NA, Harley Davidson Premium NA and Harley Davidson ROW. Naviextras offers support and updates only for these devices. Also, they require a good broadband Internet connection and a PC compatible with Naviextras Toolbox. If you have questions, navigate to the Support page, press the orange I DON'T WANT TO LOG IN button, click I DON'T HAVE DEVICE and then SEND YOUR QUESTION TO US. Alternatively, you can use 1-800-258-2464 or (414) 343-4056 phone numbers.
