To download drivers for your product, you need to identify the right model of your laptop first. Turn the laptop upside down and the information is found on the sticker attached to the back of the laptop. It should be: Satellite A300-XXX where *** is a three number group. Use that number on Toshiba Support website.
Select the right model, then you can download drivers for your webcam. Make sure to select Windows 7 x64 as operating system. The webcam driver is found on the 2nd page.
