Clear card for prepaid meter for DBMIS6E meter.

We use the DBMIS6E for the management of an estate where we use prepaid meter DTSY238 as meter, and we want to clear the information on the meter to reuse it all over, but getting it clear using the clear card is not working despite writing it through the way the user manual instructed. Please, is it something that we are not getting clearly?
