My IB software is not opening.

My IB software is not opening. The port is not working and I can't see my photos. Can you help?

If the software is not opening, try updating it to the latest version. Navigate to the official web page, press the Click Here button, next to Update for [ib] Software and follow the provided instructions. Also, press the Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Task Manager. Locate the Olympus device, right-click on its driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your PC, connect the camera using the USB cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If you still have issues, I suggest you try Olympus Viewer.
