Does Eye One have support for Windows 7 64-bit? I have drivers for Windows 7 32-bit and I use Windows 7 64-bit. The cable is connected and functioning alright.

Please install the following driver and software and your product will be installed. Ignore the fact that it is for another product because users announced that it will work.
Another trick is to use Update Driver from Device Manager. Check to search online for drivers and Eye One will have support for Windows 7.
