Content Management System for Android tablets.

Question

I am looking for a content management system which acts like Amazon Whispercast that can allow me to push textbooks, storybooks, and some active content over wireless and simultaneously to multiple Android tablets (OS 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich) without having to manually push the content to each device. I appreciate if someone can recommend to me any vendors, or applications written for Android or companies that build such a system.
