How to fix Windows 1606 error?

I am attempting to install Microsoft Office 2010 and I constantly get a 1606 error. What can I do? I am using Windows Vista.

Go to this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/886549 and download and install Microsoft's Fix It application. This piece of software should detect and correct the 1606 error.
