I cannot access the export PDF window either as a mouse or shortcut option in Artpro8. What to do?

It is possible that the program uses a virtual driver to export the PDF files. I would recommend a fresh installation and make sure that during the installation, the application is running with elevated access (Run as Administrator in Windows or KeyChain access in Mac). Of course, there is always the possibility that the application is bugged which in this case I would recommend upgrading to a newer version.
