The application loaded once and now just locks up. How to fix the startup error?

It only loaded once and now just locks up. There is a black screen that appears with "PNI Digital Media, Please wait, setting up products and services" and that's it. What to do?

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it.

Note: Next time you'll re-install the product, make sure to select Run as Administrator. This should be done also at the first launch of the application then the error should disappear.
