It freezes while scanning channels.

Why is this happening? How can I debug this application? Can I reinstall it?

TV applications usually hang while the channels are scanned and added to the database. Try running the scanning operation and while a bit longer than usual. If this happens again and again, I recommend on installing the application again.

That's the problem ... I have waited for about 1 hour and nothing changes. I tried countless times and after several reboots/resets.
Could you please instruct me on how to re-install this application? Where can I download it? I am new to WinCE, but experienced programmer for Windows.
