How do you add a ruler on the screen in order to take fine measurements?
Unfortunately, as you can see on the official web page, Micro-Measure doesn't have a ruler tool, but you can check the Software Informer database for an application that will add a ruler on your screen. Personally, I recommend you try MB-Ruler, A Ruler for Windows, Pixel Ruler or Perfect Screen Ruler. All of them are free of charge, easy to use and can work with Micro-Measure.
