My Game Manager will not load; I tried to download a new "trial" game (knowing that it always starts the Game Manager automatically) but nothing happens. I have also tried reloading the program but my Norton program has decided that it is unsafe and it refuses to load it. But it has been used in this computer for years perfectly safely. What has changed? How can I convince my security program to stop sulking and allow access?
Please go to the Norton's configuration interface and locate Exclusion list. Add Game Manager to that list, then start the application again. It appears that the filters used by Norton are wrong and many times it detects a normal program as malware.
