I am having trouble with cropping photos in Wondershare Fantashow. What should I do to crop them normally?

Try to perform a rotation of your photos. If you're working in Batch processing mode, the application will cut the photos without rotating them. First rotate the photos to your desired option and then use the Crop tool. It should work this way.
