I am having trouble activating Viber.

I am trying to download Viber but it does not work. When I write down my phone number, the following error appears "An Internet connection is required to complete this action. Check your connection and try again".

There is nothing wrong with my Internet connection, I have 100% connection but it still does not work. I have tried to turn off and on my phone, and also restart it. I had viber before and it worked.

Try to use another Internet connection. For example, deactivate data and use WiFi and vice-versa. Additionally, Viber will offer you a link you can use in case you fail to activate the service. Click on that link and the service will be activated for you.

That still doesn't work. I have the same issue. I tried using Bluetooth and my phone's 4G as well. Still nothing.
