You computer needs to be connected to PC through USB and Bluetooth. Bluetooth assures the communication between your GPS and Google Earth. Connect the phone to PC through USB, then establish a connection through pairing using Bluetooth and start the application. Start Google Earth and use the application. It will transmit coordinates to Google Earth then it will display your location and any other information related to GPS.
